Cao Son market opens on every Wednesday and be far about 120km from Sapa. This is the market of Flower H’mong, Phu La, Dao living in four largest villages of Muong Khuong district. Set among beautiful mountain, the market is come from the local’s products, handicrafts and dresses of ethnic women

Sapa Tour Trekking Guide & driver will meet you at your hotel then departing early from Sa Pa or Pick you up from Lao cai train if you take night train from Hanoi to Lao cai , you will enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit Cao Son markets. We follow a dirt road that leads up into the mountains through Pine Tree forests and villages that surround the tiny markets. Flower H’mong, Tu Di, Tay and Giay ethnic minorities come to trade local products such as food, agricultural supplies and fabric. Stroll slowly around the market then your car will take you back to Muong Khuong for lunch. After lunch in a local restaurant, you will visit the most secluded, peaceful villages and have the opportunity to observe traditional practices such as distilling wine from corn and making bacon. You will be offered a special corn cake when you drop by local houses.
