Itinerary.
Day 1: Hanoi transfer to Nghia Lo town. (L,D)
You get picked at the hotel at 8h00 a.m by a private tour guide and driver.Getting out of Hanoi capital, we follow the national road 32 to Yen Bai city, then Nghia Lo town.The journey offers you scenic sceneries of rural villages, valleys & mountains through the car windows. Arrive at Nghia Lo around 12h30, check in the hotel and have lunch at the local restaurant
In the afternoon, We start drive to Suoi Giang – where you can find gardens of aged-old green tea trees and learn how the best green tea of Vietnam is made.Along the way, you will be hosted by different hill tribes wearing amazingly elaborate and colorful costumes, these are people who have been living on the hill for a thousand years; their way of life has remained unspoiled generation after generation. Visit one of the largest farm in the north of Viet Nam . Muong Lo , where we will have chance to understand the daily life Thai people

Day 2 Nghia Lo town-Mu Cang Chai trekking tour to La Pan Tan village. Homestaying in Mu Cang Chai ( B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will embark a very scenic transfer passing Tu Le town, imposing Khau Pha pass to approach Mu Cang Chai – the paradise of the most beautiful rice terraces in the world.
After a lunch in a local restaurant, we will do a wonderful trek to view the majestic lanscapes of rice terraces, local villages of Black H’mong & mountains in La Pan Tan commune.This 10km trek is up & down along the community’s paths to view daily life of local tribes and to interact with friendly people; then along buffalo trails to captivate the most impressive terraced rice fields in La Pan Tan commune. Our driver picks us at Ba Nha bridge – the end of this trekking route, and transfer to Thai village in Kim Noi commune for having dinner and homestaying with a local family.
Note: On this day we do need rent Motobike to transfer up from the Main road up to the View point then start the trekking tour.

Day 3: Mu Cang Chai trekking tour to Cu Che Nha & Lim Mong villages.– Mu Cang Chai (B/L/D)
After the breakfast, we continue with a wonderful trek of 10km to mountain slopes along dirt trails where we can captivate rice stepped fields, Mu Cang Chai town and the daily life of villagers in Che Cu Nha communes.You get picked up town for lunch.
In the afternoon, we do a short trek of 6 km down the valley to visit Lim Mong village of H’mong ethnics, get insight of their daily life & cultures. Drive back to the Homestay for stay overnight

Day 4: Mu Cang Chai – Than Uyen – Sapa (B,L)
After breakfast, you can have time for a short visit of the Mu Cang Chai market is open right in the town before continue your road trip to Than Uyen.
driving up over mountains, heading towards Than Uyen -Visit the Thai village , Muong Kim village – Have lunch at the local restaurant in Than Uyen town, then we will visit tea plantation . you turn right and keep driving uphill towards Sapa. The road trip takes about two hours as you travel along the west side of Hoang Lien Son mountain range which offers stunning scenery of the fabulous Muong Khoa valley. This is well known as the rice basket of Lai Chau province.
On the way we may get off to explore the Tram Ton pass which is the highest mountain pass in Viet Nam at 2047m above the sea level.see the view of Hoang Lien Mountain range where have the highest mountain of Indochina –Fansipan Mountain – Enjoy the sunset From there and drive downhill to the town of Sa Pa, where you will check in to your hotel. Relax and dinner in Sapa by your own account

Day 5: Sapa – Trekking Muong Hoa Valley – Limousine bus to Hanoi (B,L)
Breakfast at your hotel then Meet up with your local guide at the hotel and start trekking to visit Muong Hoa Valley .The first part is on the road but we soon turn to the right and walk on a small path down the valley to Y Linh Ho village settled down by the Muong Hoa River and from here to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. Black Hmong is one of the biggest minority groups in the Sapa area. They are proud of their culture and keep their traditions and way of living. They have their own language and wear traditional indigo-blue clothing. The H’mong peoples have just recently changed their living way from a sifting style to the sedentary one. So there are still a lot of traces of the past time that can be seen: rudimentary houses, stone walls around homes…
After that, you continue to Ta Van village (1.200m) to visit the Zay people. Zay is a fairly small minority group of about 38.000 people who live mainly in the mountains in Northwest Vietnam. The development has meant that some of their old customs have been lost but many women still wear traditional shirts with a purple, blue, or green colors. The Zay houses are built of wood and bamboo with a clay floor.Have lunch at the local host.
If you travel sometime between May and October, you will have a chance to observe and experience how the locals do planting and harvesting on the beautiful rice terrace fields of Muong Hoa valley, one of the most important activities in daily life.
After visiting Ta Van village, our car await to take you back to your hotel in Sapa
14:00 Take the Limousine bus back to Hanoi.
